主讲人简介：
Atze Jan van der Goot obtained his MSc and PhD Chemical Engineering at Groningen University, The Netherlands. After completion of his PhD in 1996, he joined Unilever Research as research scientist for three years. Then, he moved to Wageningen University to take up a position as associate professor in the Laboratory of Food Process Engineering. In 2015, he became Professor Sustainable Protein Technology. Currently, he leads a research team of 10 PhD students and a technician that focusses on the development of novel processing concepts for healthy and sustainable foods. He (co-)authored more than 250 peer reviewed papers and holds 6 patents. In 2024, he was selected as highly cited researcher by Clarivate and as top cited scholar by Scilit in the past three years.
